specialising in mastic asphalt flat roofing, have now expanded to cover all aspects of flat roofing. Including built up, felt roofing, single ply roofing, liquid coatings roofing. Each of these methods of flat roofing have their own unique qualities, a roof for every occasion so to speak. Covering the east midlands, inc, nottingham, derby, leicester, lincoln.

Raynor Ltd has an excellent history of work completed. Finishing on time and within budget. Safety is paramount, as is being adequately insured. Previous projects including the re-roofing of the prestigious and historic Nottingham City Council House. The re-roofing of the Leicester Mercury. The re-roofing of Nottinghams' QMC, The re-roofing of many local East Midlands school roofs. Raynor Ltd also completes domestic flat roofing.

Recent Projects.
More recently Raynor Ltd has provided a major mastic asphalt re roof upon the grade 1 listed Victoria Law Courts in Birmingham (2008). They have also installed extensive new mastic asphalt and single ply roofing upon the newly constructed Spalding Community Hospital (Costains 2009). Note that i was employed as an installer on both these projects.

Raynor Ltd are included on many authority lists. These include, Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham Trent University, the Queens Medical Centre University Hospital. Are members of professional organizations including the Mastic Asphalt Council, and are included on the Permanite Gold Flat Roofing Contractor list.
